HaRav Dovid Leibel

President Founder

A leading visionary in Charedi integration, Rav Dovid Leibel serves as the founder and president of Achvas HaTorah, as well as the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Mishmar HaTorah and Hametivta. He founded both the JBH and the CodeCode programs and is the heart and brains behind Chashmonaim, the IDF’s first fully Charedi brigade.

Rav Menachem Mendel Shafran

President, Rabbinical Board

Rav Menachem Mendel Shafran is a prominent posek and dayan recognized for his expertise in Choshen Mishpat and complex monetary disputes. He serves as Av Beis Din of Beis Din HaYashar V’HaTov and as Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Noam HaTorah in Bnei Brak, where he guides advanced Torah scholars in halacha and Jewish law. A senior figure in the Pnei Menachem community and a close associate of Rav Shaul Alter, Rav Shafran is widely consulted on intricate halachic and financial matters.

Motti Sonenfeld

Motti is an international businessman dedicated to philanthropy through the Daniel Sanenfeld Foundation. The foundation actively supports over 100 projects in seven countries across health, education, and welfare. His experience provides valuable perspective to the board and helps guide Achvas HaTorah’s operations.

Raoul Stein

Board Member

Raoul Stein helped establish Ra’anana’s Charedi community and is a dedicated supporter of initiatives aimed to strengthen Charedi civic participation. Raoul is also the co-founder of Creos Capital and the managing director of BlackRock.

Nechemia Steinberger

Board Member

Nechemia Steinberger serves as a community Rabbi and is a renowned expert in educational leadership. He is the senior program officer at the Maimonides Fund, building on his significant experience as the former dean of the Charedi campus at Hebrew University.

Board Chair

Arie Wolfson is a multifaceted businessman, lecturer, philanthropist who is deeply committed to advancing Jewish education through his activism. Serving as chair of the Achvas HaTorah board, he is a former chairman and CEO of NYSE and TASE-listed companies, as well as the president of Paradais, and the chair for the Institute of Jewish Torah Knowledge.

Ori Eisenberg

Ori is a staunch advocate for Charedi workforce and national service integration, bringing years of dedicated leadership skills to the cause. He is also the principal at Barzily Global and chair of the elite Charedi IDF program, CodeCode. HIs work continues to create pathways for civic participation and professional growth within the community.
